Sperm Whales Of Dominica

 Sperm Whales are the largest of the Toothed Whales and Dominica is blessed with Resident Sperm Whales and a Population that increases during the Breeding Season.  The New Sperm Whale Reserve in Dominica:  While Dominica is rich in natural wonders, its Sperm Whales remain the Country's most Unique Ambassadors.  Deep Underwater Canyons on the Country's West Coast provide ideal habitat for the Sperm Whales Important Food Supply namely Deep Sea Squid.  200 Adult Sperm Whales and Calves live in Dominican Deep Shore Waters making it one of the only places in the Globe where you can see them Year Round.  The Resident Sperm Whales in Dominica have a Dialect of their own and have a culture distinct from Sperm Whale Populations in other parts of the world.  In Late 2025, the Dominican Republic created the World's First Dedicated Sperm Whale Marine Reserve.
